Agreement
By purchasing, enrolling in, or using a JaXolutions product, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any product-specific disclosures shown at checkout.
Subscriptions and trials
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. A payment method is collected when a trial begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the first subscription charge is processed when the trial expires.
You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access may be suspended after unsuccessful payment retries and revoked when a subscription ends.
Trading risk
Trading products, signals, communities, indicators, and strategies are provided for educational and informational use only. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. No performance or profit is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
- Use access only for your own account unless a written license says otherwise.
- Do not share credentials, paid content, scripts, signals, private links, or community access.
- Do not disrupt, probe, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse our products or systems.
- Follow the rules of each connected community and third-party platform.
Availability and liability
Products are provided on an as-available basis. Third-party platforms such as Stripe, Discord, TradingView, and email providers may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JaXolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of a product.
