Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including your name, email address, billing address, Discord account identifiers, TradingView username, referral information, product selections, and support messages. Stripe processes payment-card information; JaXolutions does not store complete card details.
How we use it
- Create and maintain customer and subscription records.
- Grant, manage, and revoke product, Discord, and TradingView access.
- Process payments, prevent fraud, provide support, and send service notices.
- Meet tax, accounting, legal, and security obligations.
Service providers
We share only the information needed with providers that help operate the service, including Stripe, Discord, TradingView, Brevo, hosting providers, and analytics or security vendors. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and our applicable agreements.
Retention and choices
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for fulfillment, security, dispute resolution, tax, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@jaxolutions.com. Some records must be retained where law requires it.
