Subscription charges
Subscription charges are nonrefundable once processed, except where required by law. Cancel before a trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. Cancellation does not prorate or refund the current billing period, and access remains available through its end unless suspended for misuse or a payment dispute.
Technical issues
Contact hello@jaxolutions.com promptly if a product was not delivered or access could not be provided. We will investigate and restore access, correct the issue, or provide another remedy when appropriate.
Refunds and disputes
Approved refunds, reversals, or chargebacks may immediately revoke the related access. Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the concern.
