License
While your access is active, JaXolutions grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use the purchased or enrolled product for its intended purpose. Ownership and all intellectual-property rights remain with JaXolutions and its licensors.
Restrictions
- Do not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, extract, or create derivative works from a product except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not sell, sublicense, publish, share, or transfer product access, code, signals, documentation, or credentials.
- Do not use a product to violate law, platform rules, or the rights of another person.
Termination
The license ends when the associated subscription or access ends. JaXolutions may suspend or terminate access for misuse, prohibited sharing, payment failure, a refunded or disputed charge, or a material violation of this agreement.
No warranty
Digital products are provided as available and without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, trading results, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
